On 10 October, 2010 Stichting Pensioenfonds Caribisch Nederland (hereafter 'the PCN Pension Fund') was founded at the isles of Bonaire, Saint Eustatius and Saba to provide for the pensions of the employees of:
- the Caribbean Dutch government department
- the Bonaire, Saba and St. Eustatius public authorities
- healthcare, education and welfare
- the affiliated (public) enterprises.
